What I do: I ensure my team has work lined out in front of them and try my best to make it as enjoyable as possible to complete daily tasks.

Why construction is my passion: I love construction and its daily challenges. To be able to provide jobs and careers for my team and see them succeed is very rewarding. I love to see a project develop from beginning to end. 

Notable achievement: Making it past the five-year mark in business was very rewarding because we are known for quality and care. To get to the point to have my own superintendent and oversee the day-to-day operations in home building is incredible. 

Words of wisdom: I believe in a strong work ethic.  Show up on time, have pride in your work and care. 

Off the jobsite: My wife and I stay busy, as we have a 3-year-old son and baby twin girls. Our spare time is spent having fun around our house and occasionally getting out with friends!

Life after 40: I’d really like to build smarter and help our employees grow to where they want to be.
