Everything starts with family for Christine Reaves. As a mom, wife, teacher and business partner, she wears many hats, but each one ties back to her purpose of building a life centered on faith, love and service.

“Becoming a mom was the defining moment in my life,” Christine says. “It reshaped my priorities and gave me a new perspective on responsibility and balance.”

That sense of balance is what she strives to model for her children every day. Christine believes in leading with heart and humility whether she’s homeschooling, managing marketing at Chick-fil-A Mount Dora or supporting her husband through their family business, Triple C.

“My goal is to serve others well and show my kids that true success isn’t about titles, it’s about impact,” she says.

Her leadership is grounded in generosity and gratitude. She hopes to be remembered as someone who combined results with compassion and created spaces where people felt valued, supported and encouraged to grow.

“If I can motivate even a few people to lead with kindness and give selflessly, then I’ve made a difference,” Christine says.

Faith remains her compass, guiding every decision from work to home. She believes purpose is found in service and that joy comes from helping others thrive.

“I hope my kids grow up knowing they can do anything if they lead with faith, integrity and love,” she says.
