40 Under 40: Kevin Sukovich

My legacy: I hope I can inspire the future generations to be fearless when starting something of their own. Believing in your true ability and purpose is the first step in creating something great! All that matters is that you stay disciplined and you’ll be able to achieve anything you want in life.
Fun fact: I played ice hockey from ages 2 to 18. I started racing motocross at 14 and still race today, and I love riding dirt bikes with my son. I also really enjoy taking my daughter to Sky Zone every week!
Thirty-three-year-old Kevin Sukovich has already lived enough life lessons to fill a book, and he’s used every lesson to build something meaningful.
Kevin grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Florida with his family in 2008. The transition wasn’t easy.
“We went through bankruptcy, lost everything, and had to start all over again,” he says.
He was left with no car, but he didn’t give up. He pedaled his bicycle to work every day, determined to make enough to keep a roof over his head.
That relentless drive led him to launch Webenex Services Pest Control in 2016 with less than $100 to his name.
“I realized the only person who could change my life for the better would be me,” he says.
Today, his company stands as proof of what hard work, passion and belief in yourself can achieve.
Kevin credits a conversation with his cousin years ago for sparking his mindset.
“He sat me down and taught me all about what it means to have passion,” Kevin says. “From that point moving forward, I do everything with passion. The mission to be better and do better than yesterday keeps me going every day.”
When he’s not building his business, Kevin’s likely outdoors, whether he’s racing dirt bikes with his son or reminiscing about the ice hockey days that began when he was just 2. He also enjoys taking his daughter to Sky Zone every week, and with his wife’s help, the family shares a peek into their racing life on their YouTube channel, Sukovich 427.
Kevin hopes to remind others through his work and example that success is not only measured by hard work, but by the positive impacts you make along the way. He also hopes to encourage people not to shy away from taking bold chances.
“I hope I can inspire the future generations to be fearless when starting something of their own,” he says. “Believing in your true ability and purpose is the first step in creating something great. All that matters is that you stay disciplined and you’ll be able to achieve anything you want in life.”
