Inverness Celebrates the Grand Opening of Central Café & Bakery
NVERNESS, Fla. — The city of Inverness welcomed its newest local business with a ribbon-cutting ceremony today, marking the grand opening of Central Café & Bakery. Located in the heart of South Inverness at 727 U.S. Hwy 41, the cozy café offers an inviting atmosphere, specializing in fresh-baked goods, artisan treats, and a variety of breakfast and lunch options.
Owned by Michael Rosenberg who is originally from Germany, the Rosenberg family acquired the Central Motel when Michael’s father, who initially invested with four others in 1984, became the sole owner. Michael’s lifelong dream was to run a small restaurant to cater to motel guests driven by his desire to bring happiness to travelers. His vision for the Central Cafe & Bakery revolves around offering customers a delightful experience with fresh, international dishes, And he hopes that his kids will take over of the business complex all while ensuring the happiness of his staff. Michael appreciates Inverness for its charm and ample entertainment options.
Open seven days a week from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m., Central Café & Bakery has quickly become a haven for local residents and visitors alike, serving up daily specials and a menu crafted to highlight homemade flavors. Kyle Coppola was born in Newton, Massachusetts and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications from Curry College in 2016. After traveling to Florida on a family vacation, he decided he could not get enough of the warm weather and made the move from snowy Massachusetts to central Florida 8 years ago.
For the last decade Kyle has gained valuable experience in social media content creation, marketing and sales, writing, video production, sports announcing and even broadcasting for local radio stations, such as FM 102.9 in The Villages and FM 91.5 in Massachusetts. Every year he volunteers at The Villages Charter High School as a play-by-play sports announcer for the football games as well as a public address announcer for the basketball games, including the annual Battle at The Villages Tournament.
Outside the office Kyle is a husband and father to two beautiful girls along with their cat. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, travel, play golf and swim. He is also a huge sports junkie and even bigger motorsports fan and loves to attend racing events when he can.
