In an extraordinary display of composure and expertise, Florida 911 dispatch officers assisted in the birth of four healthy baby girls—all within a span of two weeks. Between June 30th and July 15th, dispatchers Denise, Rob, Holly, and Jessica provided life-saving guidance to parents over the phone, helping them remain calm and in control during each delivery.

The touching moments, marked by hearing each baby’s first cry over the phone, left a lasting impression on the dispatchers. “It was incredible to witness,” said Denise. “Hearing those first cries was something I won’t forget.”

The dispatch officers are being praised for their outstanding patient care, guiding the parents through every step of the way, ensuring the safe delivery of all four babies. Rob and Denise, pictured together, emphasized the importance of staying calm under pressure, a skill they executed flawlessly during these critical moments.

Congratulations to the new families and a huge thank you to Denise, Rob, Holly, and Jessica for their remarkable work!
