Meredith Nagel, P.A.
Meredith Nagel & The Legacy Legal Team
Merideth Nagel is celebrating the 20th anniversary of her law firm, a milestone that reflects her passion, dedication and the strong, family-oriented team she has built. With 27 years as an attorney, Merideth leads a firm of six women attorneys and now welcomes her son, a litigator, into the practice. “We believe in Margaret Mead’s idea that a small group of dedicated people can change the world. We do that one client at a time,” Merideth says.
Her firm— Merideth Nagel and The Legacy Legal Team—is more than just a workplace. It’s a space that values families, where children are welcomed and where both men and women are supported in prioritizing their families. “My team members are human beings first. If I’m going to take on the stress of running a business, I also want the privilege of creating as much joy as possible,” she says.
Merideth’s 20th Anniversary is just a part of her legacy. Her uncle, Dick Langley, began practicing law in South Lake County in 1966 and retired with Merideth’s firm. Now, by joining her firm, her son will continue that tradition. “I’m a common thread in nearly 60 years of legal services in this community. Knowing my son will continue this work with our team is incredibly exciting,” Merideth says.
With a foundation built on experience, heart and a dedication to clients, Merideth and her team continue to shape the future of legal services with confidence, compassion and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
The name of her firm, The Legacy Legal Team, reflects that commitment—to making a lasting impact not just in their own firm, but in the lives of their clients. “We want to help people leave their own legacies—whether through estate planning, businesses, elder law, real estate or other life changes,” she says.
