Under her leadership, the company has secured three major contracts, a reflection of her sharp business instincts and growth-focused mindset. Her influence in the transportation industry continues to expand through strategic partnerships and a deep understanding of the field. 

But Marycell’s impact reaches beyond business. In 2020, she launched Step Up, a social purpose home that offers housing and support for women and children escaping abuse. Several families have already transitioned into independent living with her help. A mentor to other women with big dreams, Marycell is driven by her faith and guided by her purpose and grounded in her calling to serve both her industry and her community.
