Brittany Rudolph-Montgomery

Why I love what I do: Teaching empowers me to foster literacy and critical thinking in students. Witnessing their growth and enthusiasm for learning is incredibly rewarding and fuels my commitment to education.

Achievements I am proud of: Throughout my career, I have been honored with several accolades, including securing a membership in the National Honor Society of Leadership and Success. I was featured in Lake and Sumter Style Magazine as one of the Top 40 Professionals Under 40 and recognized as FOX 35 Orlando News Teacher of the Week. In addition to my Teacher of the Year titles, my commitment to community service has earned me multiple Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.

I entered pageantry to: Amplify my advocacy for education and community service. Notably, I have recently held titles such as Mrs. Lake County, Florida (2021-2022), Ms. Elite Lake County, and Pure International Ms. Florida. Currently, I serve as the Pure International Cover Model & Mrs. Denim and Diamonds. These platforms have enabled me to promote education and mentorship on a broader scale.

I deeply admire: My mothers, Cynthia Clack and Felicia Bishop, my great-aunts, Vivian Williams and Dorothy Hines and my spiritual mom, Phyllis McKnight. These women have been foundational in my life, exemplifying faith, perseverance and resilience. Their unwavering support has been instrumental in my journey.

I’ll make a difference through: Education, mentorship and faith-based initiatives. I aim to equip young people with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally, fostering a generation of empowered individuals.

Life lesson: My journey has taught me the value of perseverance, faith and servant leadership. True success lies not in personal achievements but in how many people you uplift along the way.

A saying I live by: “No lights, no cameras—just action. Position and power mean nothing without first being a servant.” This mantra emphasizes the importance of humility and service in all endeavors.

Fun Fact: I love traveling and exploring historical sites, which enriches my teaching and personal growth.
