Men of Success 2026 – Tyler Hyrons

Tyler Hyrons
Tyler Hyrons worked his way into plumbing the hard way, starting at 19 digging trenches and learning by watching and doing.
Over the years, he moved through different companies, building his skills and figuring out what kind of work and environment fit him best. After a stretch in Orlando and a turning point in his personal life, he relocated to Lake County, where he slowly rebuilt his career and direction.
Today, Tyler owns CDS Plumbing Services Central Florida, a business he launched a little over two years ago. What started with a single truck has grown through word of mouth, strong reviews and steady relationships with homeowners and contractors.
Tyler handles everything from service calls and water heaters to remodels, new construction and light commercial work. He keeps his operation small by choice, focusing on quality and reliability over rapid growth. He’s dedicated to doing honest work, taking care of people and building something that lasts.
“I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated by somebody coming into my house and doing work for me,” Tyler says, explaining that he credits his past for his successes today. “If you have faith in yourself, if you do good and do right by what you do in life, anything is possible.”
