At long last, the owners of Bountiful Farms, Jessica and Gareth Gentry, have opened their restaurant on the grounds of the farm, 27314 County Road 48 in Okahumpka. They’ve planned this big event for years and are thrilled. All the food is fresh. Located under a centuries-old oak tree, the seating is in a wide circle of shade, and the roots of the tree have been exposed to allow diners to see how much it takes to grow a tree of this magnitude.
