Born and raised in Leesburg, Florida, I have always had a passion for preserving memories. Long before photography became my career, it was simply something I loved. Since elementary school, I was known as the student who always brought a digital camera on field trips, capturing moments that others might overlook. I would spend my time organizing photos and creating scrapbooks, finding joy in documenting experiences and telling stories through images.

What began as a childhood hobby eventually evolved into something much bigger. As I grew older, my camera became more than a way to save memories — it became a creative outlet and a way to connect with people. I discovered that photography has the power to freeze a moment in time, allowing people to relive milestones, emotions, and memories for years to come.

After graduating from The Villages Charter School, I decided to pursue my passion and turn it into a business. Today, through Alexandra on Film, I specialize in creating timeless, authentic imagery that captures life’s most meaningful moments. From seniors celebrating graduation to couples documenting special seasons of life, my goal is always the same: to tell each client’s unique story through photographs that feel genuine and lasting.

One thing that sets me apart is that I’m always up for a creative challenge. Whether it’s a unique location, a themed shoot, or someone’s goofy, out-of-the-box idea, I love bringing personalities to life through photography. Some of the most memorable sessions come from clients who aren’t afraid to think outside the box, and I enjoy collaborating to create images that are fun, meaningful, and completely their own.

Photography has given me the opportunity to meet incredible people, travel to beautiful places, and build a business around something I truly love. Looking back, it’s amazing to see how the little girl carrying a digital camera on school field trips became the photographer behind Alexandra on Film. What started as a simple hobby has grown into a career built on creativity, connection, and preserving memories that will last a lifetime.
