Ingredients
(serves 4)
- 5 large ripe mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into half-inch pieces or use frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 cups of ice
- Tajin seasoning
- Chamoy sauce
- Tamarind candy for serving
Directions
Blend the mangos, ice and sugar in a blender. Add more sugar to taste for a sweeter drink. Pour some of the blend into a cup, layer with a little chamoy sauce, add more mango blend then more chamoy sauce and so on until the cup is full. Top the drink with tajin seasoning and tamarind candy and serve chilled.
