Creative Living Program: Calling all artists, bakers, crafters, and green thumbs! The Creative Living Program at the 2024 Lake County Fair invites individuals with a passion for creativity and craftsmanship to showcase their exemplary work. Whether you specialize in painting, baking delicious treats, crafting unique creations, or cultivating beautiful gardens, this is your chance to shine! Registration is open until March 8th. Kids Chili Cook-Off: Attention aspiring young chefs! Mark your calendars for the Kids Chili Cook-Off taking place on Saturday, April 6 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. With only four spots available per age bracket, registration is filling up quickly! Participants will have the chance to showcase their culinary skills and compete for a trophy and special prize. Not participating as a contestant? No problem! Join us to taste delicious chili prepared by our talented contestants and cast your vote for the best chili at the Lake County Fair. It’s sure to be a fun-filled day of chili tasting and friendly competition!
March Madness Blood Drive: In partnership with OneBlood, the Lake County Fair presents the March Madness Blood Drive on Thursday, March 21 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Lake County Fairgrounds. Donors will receive a $20 eGift card, along with various giveaways including an adult admission voucher, Lake Co. Fair stress ball, insulated tote bag, and more.
