“Having served Florida residents and relocation clients with personal attention to their goals throughout my career has given me insight into the luxury home market,” she notes. 

A broker associate with RE/MAX Premier Realty in The Villages, Gayla has been in the real estate business for 30-plus years. 

She was a sportswear designer in Maimi’s bustling garment district before making real estate her career. The practiced eye and attention to detail that made her a success in the fashion world became a huge benefit to her real estate clients.

After working in the demanding real estate scenes of Miami and Tampa, she chose to make her home in The Villages. Now she brings her extensive experience to clients in Central Florida.

“RE/MAX Premier Realty in The Villages is the largest independent franchise in the tri-county area. RE/MAX is nationally and internationally known as one of the top producers, which is why I wanted to work with them,” says Gayla.

She was recently awarded the designation of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist. Less than two percent of licensed agents with the National Association of REALTORS® achieve this designation. 

The achievement recognizes Gayla’s dedication and personal attention to meeting her clients’ goals, while adhering to the highest ethical standards in the real estate profession.

“I’m here to help both buyers and sellers meet their objectives,” says Gayla. “Sellers have an agenda and want to move on. Buyers have a checklist of their needs and want someone to help meet those needs. The best part of what I do is help people do just that.”
