Originally from Panama, Azael, “AZ” for short, has called Central Florida home since 2009. He lives in Orlando, but Leesburg is his second permanent home. He knows the area like the back of his hand and delights in sharing it with others. He covers all of Central Florida and recently a sold a lakefront community in Leesburg.

Azael is a Florida real estate licensee who holds multiple certifications and designations (SRS, ABR, CIPS, GRI, etc.) from The National Association of REALTORS®. He holds a mortgage loan officer license, CAM license, and is a Florida Real Estate Instructor. Recognized as a Top Producer, he’s a member of the Million Dollar Club with the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA).

Azael bought his first home when he was 23 years old and has been a real estate agent in Florida since 2020. He has great expertise in new construction and relocation. Since he’s part of a military family, he truly enjoys working with veterans, whether relocating from out-of-state, or within Florida.

“New construction should be headache-free, especially for first-time home buyers,” says Azael, who prepares buyers for what’s coming next to avoid surprises. “The process can be overwhelming to first-time home buyers. I help them through it so it’s a good experience. Knowledge is power. I love to help families; that’s what I find rewarding.”

With a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise, Azael formerly competed in swimming and triathlon but now uses his competitive edge for buyers and sellers. Customers find his extensive knowledge of real estate reassuring. Because he fully understands the industry, he’s able to answer their questions and explain each step of the process, from contract to closing.

His sellers verify that he lives by the slogan, “Every day until it’s sold!” Azael promises, “Your home will be marketed and promoted—not just listed—every day until it’s sold.”

Father to a daughter who’s starting college this year, Azael is committed to helping Leesburg and Lake County continue to grow. He serves on the board of directors for the Leesburg Chamber of Commerce and with the City of Leesburg. He also volunteers with the American Red Cross Armed Forces Disaster Action Team.
