For Benjamin Williams, success means being fulfilled by what he’s doing every day. Running a pest control company that goes above and beyond for its customers is a big part of that success.

When Benjamin started Pest Ref Services in 2020, he wanted to bring something different to the pest control market. “Our same day service and quick turn-around times on service calls help us stand out in this industry.”

Benjamin’s work ethic has led him to success as a business owner. It’s that work ethic that Benjamin looks for in his team members. 

“I can always teach them about pest control, but it is important our technicians have the discipline to show up and the desire to do a good job for our customers.”

Pest Ref gives back to the community through donations to recreational sports programs for kids. Playing sports as a kid, Benjamin was grateful to feel the support of his community, and that’s something he’d like to provide for kids today.

Benjamin has been happily married to his high school sweetheart for the last 14 years.
