Deborah Jayne – Bases Loaded Consulting Company

After more than 20 years as an event manager, including 10 years planning large scale conferences and conventions for a baseball association, Deborah Jayne—a 7-year cancer survivor as of this month—moved from Arizona to Florida to be near her parents. 

In December 2020, what inspired her to found Bases Loaded Consulting, is her continued passion for helping others. 

By way of a study abroad program, plus an internship program she’s implemented, Deb helps businesses train future leaders. She also assists the younger generation of leaders interested in the event planning world, get started.

“You can only get so much schoolwork in to learn what you need to be successful, and after that, you have to be hands on,” says Deb. “You need to learn all the ins and outs, and see it all, and that’s where I come in.”

“I love living on a giver’s gain, it’s a win-win. I love helping people in any way I can, and pointing them in the right direction,” she adds.
