Missi Kelsey – Kelsey Title

When Missi Kelsey opened Kelsey Title Agency four years ago, she did so to accomplish two things: following in her father’s footsteps by becoming a businessowner and providing protection for her clients by, “Insuring ownership of the American Dream.”

“Title insurance is so important, because home ownership is one of the largest investments you’ll make in your lifetime,” Missi says.

Growing up in Sumter County, she has seen firsthand the growth and development of the county and surrounding areas. Before opening Kelsey Title, she worked in The Villages for 21 years. She branched out on her own to offer more personalized service. 

“We can adapt to any situation, including traveling to the customer for a mobile closing,” Missi says, explaining that although her company is based in Fruitland Park, her service area spans the entire state of Florida. 

“We work with realtors, lenders, development companies, for sale by owners, basically anyone who has a real estate closing, and we take a customer centered approach, so anything the customer needs, we will go above and beyond to take care of them,” she says.
