Ana Germeroth is the broker and co-founder of The Living Mortgage Group as well as Germeroth Realty. Immigrating from Romania, a communist country, Ana’s family took hold of the American Dream of entrepreneurship and never looked back. For the past 25 years, Ana has built her foundation in the real estate industry.

“Being able to tell a family that we can do this when all they’ve heard is ‘no’ is the driving force behind what I do,” Ana says. Partnering with over 90 lenders, The Living Mortgage Group has been able to help find the right mortgage for many families that thought homeownership would never be possible to achieve.

Ana and her husband Jonathan believe community is a big part of their success. On most days you can find Ana and Jonathan at local events that benefit the next generation of Lake County. “Get involved!
