Colleen Wallace is a successful Advanced Practice Nurse and in 2021, she opened Wallace Health in Umatilla with her husband Ken. 

“I do a lot of outside the box things in little Umatilla and people are just amazed,” Colleen says. “For example, we offer Platelet Rich Plasma therapy, HRT therapy and medical weight loss, to name a few,” she adds. 

In addition to the long list of wellness services she offers, Colleen has expanded to include aesthetic care. 

“If you told me 10-20 years ago that I would be doing aesthetics I would have thought you were crazy,” Colleen says. “I didn’t even get Botox until I was 50,” she adds. 

Some of the aesthetic procedures at Wallace Health include help for wrinkles, acne, and tattoo removal using the Harmony XL Pro. Colleen also offers Botox, PDO threads and the CO-2 laser. For sexual wellness, the Femi-lift treats bladder incontinence and promotes vaginal rejuvenation. She uses the Cryoskin Body Slimming Machine to help reduce fat cells and tighten skin. 

Colleen’s ultimate goal is to get people off of their medications to offer a more holistic approach. 

“If patients are open to it,” she says, “I prefer lifestyle changes over traditional pharmaceutical treatments.”
