Business Women of Style 2024 – Nan Cobb
Nan Cobb
Cobb’s Tractor
For Nan Cobb, life has always been about serving others. From her early days as a florist to her current roles as a businesswoman and Eustis city commissioner, she’s dedicated to making a difference.
In 1980, Nan and her husband, Jerry, a Vietnam veteran, opened Cobb’s Tractor, selling new and used farm equipment, along with service work. In between, Nan owned Classic Tents and Events for 10 years and remained committed to community service by sitting on multiple boards, including Lake County’s 4-H Advisory Board and the Women’s Hall of Fame selection committee. She’s also been recognized with arts and culture, leadership and humanitarian awards and is currently running for Florida State House District 26.
Reflecting on her journey, Nan remains humble, attributing her success to faith and teamwork. And as she continues flourishing through anything she takes on, her unwavering dedication to others shines through, leaving a lasting impact on the lives she touches.
“We’re all part of a bigger picture and I’m a firm believer that in life, you have to help people,” Nan says. “I also feel strongly about being a team player, none of this is about me, and I’m ready to serve in any capacity.”
