When Zorayda Gallardo decided to get her real estate license in 2014, it wasn’t necessarily to climb the corporate ladder.

“I have two beautiful children and I didn’t want to miss out on them growing up,” Zorayda says. 

She is now the Broker/Owner of Siga International Real Estate in Leesburg. 

That motherly instinct, care and compassion translates to Siga International as Zorayda helps her Hispanic clients realize the American dream of home ownership utilizing her bilingual skills and first-hand experience. 

“People who are Spanish speaking often times feel intimidated,” Zorayda says. “They come to this country to have a new opportunity and my background gives me the perfect perspective to make that happen.” 

Zorayda was born here, moved to Nicaragua with her parents at age six, then returned 10 years later. She prides herself on understanding both worlds.  

“Even though you move from another country, you have the opportunity to buy a home,” she says.

Zorayda says she loves handing the keys to a new homeowner. 

“When my clients finally get to step into their house it’s such a special moment,” Zorayda says. “I am grateful to be part of a family’s dream come true.”
