Danelle Hoffer isn’t just developing property, she’s focused on how people live in it. As co-founder of CynerGreen Development, she brings a background in design and hospitality marketing to projects that prioritize both function and lifestyle. 

Danelle and her husband launched the family-owned company in 2015, starting with hotel work before moving into multifamily and mixed-use developments. Today, she leads land acquisition and design, shaping each project from the ground up. 

“I love being able to wake up every day and know that what we’re creating is a beautiful space for someone to have a lifestyle in,” she says. 

Recent projects reflect that approach, including a new development in Eustis with townhomes, restaurants and shared outdoor spaces. CynerGreen also recently earned recognition by winning their category in the Parade of Homes, highlighting the team’s attention to design and livability.
