Business Women of Style 2026 – Francheska Sabatini

Francheska Sabatini has built a career that reflects ambition and intention, proving it’s possible to grow a successful law practice while staying grounded in what matters most.
Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francheska moved to Central Florida at age 12.
She’s been practicing law since 2012, focusing on municipal and local government work before helping grow Sabatini Law, her family’s firm alongside her husband Anthony in Lake County. What began as a way to support a growing practice has evolved into a thriving firm handling everything from real estate and municipal law to complex litigation, serving clients and cities across multiple counties.
Francheska plays a key role in managing the firm’s transactional work, including real estate closings and business matters, while helping expand its municipal reach.
But behind the professional growth is a personal one. As a mother of two young children, she has intentionally shaped her career to allow space for family, a balance she navigates daily with honesty and perspective.
For Francheska, success isn’t about choosing between career and family, but about building a life where she, her career and her children can thrive.
“It’s a constant juggle between being a mom and having a career, but it’s a blessing to be able to do both,” she says.
