Gretta Ellis isn’t just building a practice; she’s building the kind of wellness center she once needed herself.

As a nurse practitioner and founder of Ellis Integrative Family Practice, Gretta created her approach after her own health struggles led her to look beyond traditional medicine and focus on root-cause healing. 

Now, after outgrowing her current space, she’s preparing to open a 5,000-square-foot wellness destination in Tavares, bringing her full vision to life.

Her new center will feature a luxury IV lounge and a drive-thru healthy juice bar with nutrient-rich smoothies, salads, wraps and supplements, making healthy living accessible and convenient.

It will also offer a comprehensive approach to health, combining functional medicine with advanced therapies designed to treat autoimmune conditions, hormone imbalances, weight gain, inflammation and chronic illness. Services will include a signature 90-day gut reset, bio-identical hormone therapy, medical weight loss programs, IV therapy, EBO2 treatments, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, PRP injections, peptide therapy, mold detox programs, and aesthetic services all under one roof. 

But what truly sets her apart is her focus on real-life wellness, instead of band-aid medicine. 

“I built this because I know what it feels like to not get answers. I want people to finally have a place that truly helps them heal,” Gretta says.
