Vicki Wynns leads Langley Health Services with a passion rooted in both her profession and her community. A seventh-generation Floridian raised in Sumter County, Vicki has spent decades building a career in healthcare, but for her, it’s always been about people first.

Now serving as CEO, she leads alongside a strong, collaborative executive team that plays a key role in Langley’s continued growth. That team includes Chief Clinical Officer Amber Judd, Chief Financial Officer Tammy Bowman, Chief Compliance and Quality Officer Rebecca Hallman and Chief Dental Officer Dr. Meaghan Lutes, along with three additional male members of the Executive Management Team. 

For more than 50 years, Langley Health Services has provided care to families across the region, now operating six clinical locations across three counties. Services range from primary care to dental and behavioral health, with a pharmacy in Sumterville that offers lower-cost medications and free home delivery to help improve access and consistency in care. 

A hands-on leader, Vicki keeps her office inside the clinic, often interacting directly with patients and staff. She leads from the front and remains focused on improving lives and strengthening the community she calls home.
