The Oak Haven Farms & Winery in Sorrento has come to the decision that the 2024 strawberry season will be their last. The vineyard and the winery have been known for some of the best strawberries in Central Florida, but the 2024 season will bring to a close a chapter that many have enjoyed for nearly 28 years.

The Stauderman Family are the owners of Oak Haven Farms & Winery. They put out a statement on Facebook saying: “It has been our pleasure serving Central Florida for the last 28 years and we will continue to do so through the end of this season, which should be the last week of March. So whether you are a loyal customer of many years, or this will be your first time, please join us to relive some past memories and create some brand new ones as well.”

They would go on to say: “The vineyard and the winery will remain in operation. We would like to thank everyone for all your support over all these wondeful years. Due to our advancing age, we have decided that the 2024 strawberry season will be the last.”

The farm and winery has always been a fun place to go and get some delicious adult beverages but they offer so much more. They also offer strawberry shortcake, sundaes, u-rost hot dogs and family bonding memories. While we will miss this portion of the Oak Haven Fams & Winery we are happy for the Stauderman family. They have put in so much work over the years.

The season lasts until late March.
