Dr. Navinderdeep S. Nijher – Ocala Plastic Surgery & Dermatology

One of the most sought out plastic surgeons in Central Florida, Dr. Nijher is at the top of his field, performing many revision surgeries for patients from as far away as Massachusetts.

“Historically, people think of plastic surgery as a vanity procedure,” Dr. Nijher says. “But it’s more than that.” A face lift can restore joy and confidence to a woman who is getting older. Plastic surgery can be used to remove excess skin after extreme weight loss, helping patients achieve their final goal. Dr. Nijher also takes calls from the hospital to work on facial trauma patients.

Dr. Nijher enjoys plastic surgery because he gets to see the results of his work, and what he does helps rebuild people’s lives after accidents, illnesses or the ravages of time. “When plastic surgery is done right, it is life-changing,” he adds.

Community involvement is also very important to Dr. Nijher who considers his life here in Central Florida the American Dream. In addition to developing a successful practice in Ocala, and raising his kids here, he remains engaged with the community on various sports teams and booster clubs.
