A new Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru is nearing completion at 2880 South Bay Street, on the former site of the old Long John Silver’s location, which was demolished earlier this year. The popular chain is preparing to open what will be its first location in Eustis and the second in Lake County.

While no official opening date has been announced, with the building and parking lot mostly finished, the opening is to be expected soon.

Dutch Bros, founded in Oregon in 1992, has grown rapidly into a national chain. As of mid-2025, the company operates over 1,000 locations, with plans to expand to more than 2,000 by 2029.

The new Eustis location is situated along U.S. Highway 441 (South Bay Street), a busy thoroughfare with strong traffic counts.
