Eustis High School State Champion Gabby Hiles has signed with Lake-Sumter State College to continue her academic and playing career. Hiles had a big part to play this year with Eustis High.

Hiles played in 24 games out of 29 and finished the year with 16 hits, 20 RBIs, and 21 Runs Scored. She was a part of the 2024 Eustis High School State Championship team that would finish the year 26-2.

Hiles joins many Lake County players already on the team. Eustis teammate Kiara Smith finished her sophomore year on the team. Other Lake County team members include Sammi Thomas, a graduate of MDCA, Elizabeth Auciello from Tavares High, Sara White from Tavares, and Payton Parkes from South Lake High, among others who already play for the Lake Hawks.

Congratulations to Gabby Hiles, her family, friends, teammates, coaches, and everyone who supports her. We look forward to seeing her continue to play in Lake County in 2025.
