A new community event is making its debut in Eustis this week as the Fresh Market at Ferran officially opens Wednesday, June 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Ferran Park along the scenic lakefront.

Organized by Whimsy Market, the event will feature more than 40 vendors offering local and handmade goods. The market is scheduled to return every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month and aims to provide a fun, family-friendly evening with live music, giveaways and food options.

“Every detail has been considered with you in mind,” event coordinator Nikki Anderson says. “This market is the result of countless hours, conversations, and a deep hope to offer something meaningful to our community. We are so grateful for your support, and we truly can’t wait to welcome you.”

The launch event will include a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Eustis Chamber of Commerce. Shoppers can explore a wide variety of unique vendors while enjoying the lake breeze and atmosphere. Families are encouraged to attend, with a nearby playground giving kids a place to play while parents shop and socialize.
