Take Stock in Children’s Mentorship with Total Nutrition Therapeutics

Students from The Villages Charter High School, Wildwood Middle High School and South Sumter High School met at The Parady Learning Lounge in The Villages on January 25 to learn from Total Nutrition & Therapeutics, a wellness center based in Lady Lake, about the hidden sugars in their favorite foods. Lori and Debbie from Total Nutrition & Therapeutics demonstrated the amount of teaspoons of sugar included in the students’ favorite foods. Mentors were encouraged to attend with their students.
