Kendall Vansant has been active in the real estate market since 1997. He says the best part of being a Realtor is building relationships with his clients. He works with them from beginning to closing, and he values the wonderful friendships he’s forged over the years. 

“I’m very relational. All of my clients have become like family, and the best compliment I’ve gotten is that people do stay in touch,” says Kendall, who was born and raised in Leesburg. “From my love for people and having the knowledge of real estate, all of it together makes it a ‘Wow!’ And I love that my wife, Monica, helps with staging homes.” 

Kendall recalls his world crumbled during the economic downturn of 2008, when he lost his wealth and 10 homes. However, he says the experience made him a humbler person and a better Realtor, valuing people over money. 

“I can help people that are at the bottom of economics to the top of economics because I have been in both. I’ve been there. Now, whenever I go to a listing, it’s more about ‘How can I help them?’” says Kendall, adding he is pleased to receive many referrals. “I am so blessed people are calling me because of the trust.”
