Local Pastor Raheem Warren Rolls Out New Leesburg Food Truck ‘Soulful Flavor’

It’s more than just a food truck—it’s a tribute to family, faith, and flavor.
Raheem J. Warren, a well-known local pastor, author, father, and community advocate in Leesburg, is officially launching Soulful Flavor, a new mobile food truck serving Lake and Sumter counties. Raheem just celebrated Soulful Flavor’s grand opening and is bringing soulful dishes rooted in generations of love and tradition.
Raheem has served as a pastor for 17 years—four of them in Central Florida—and is no stranger to the community. He’s recognized for his larger-than-life heart and the annual community baby showers he organizes for single parents, where he gives away 100 cribs, 100 strollers, and 100 car seats. His mantra? “If Jesus left the 99 for the one, then I’m going to serve the 100.”
The inspiration behind Soulful Flavor is deeply personal. Following the loss of both grandmothers, Raheem chose to honor their legacy by turning their cherished family recipes into a business venture.
For the past three years, he has shared those recipes at local pop-ups and events, but now he’s taking the experience to a whole new level with a fully equipped mobile food truck.
“Soulful Flavor isn’t just about food—it’s about heart,” he says. “Every meal is a celebration of the love that raised me and the people I’ve been blessed to serve.”
Raheem’s talents extend beyond the pulpit and the kitchen. He’s also a skilled photographer, makeup artist, and event decorator.

(Note to the left corner of the truck the tribute to Raheem’s grandmothers.)
But Raheem’s creative energy and love for community has only intensified after being diagnosed with lymphoma cancer last year. It’s a challenge that has pushed Raheem to follow his dreams and ambitions even more fiercely.
“Soulful Flavor is the manifestation of a dream born from both grief and gratitude,” he says. “I want every plate to tell a story, and every person to feel loved when they take that first bite.”

(Despite being diagnosed with cancer last year, Raheem takes every day as a gift and is very happy to be living his dream.)
Soulful Flavor is an instant must try destination for anyone who want’s authentic soul food. Be sure to stop by, you will be so happy you did!
As Raheem says, “Lake and Sumter County ain’t ready for the love and flavor that’s about to roll in.”
