Mallory Hill Country Club Celebrates Refreshed Space with Reopening Festivities

The celebration began early as guests gathered to see a refreshed dining room and lighter, more inviting atmosphere at Mallory Hill in the Villages. After a year of steady improvements and growing community support, the grand reopening offered a chance to show how far the property has come and how much the team appreciates the people who dine there.

Guests enjoyed live music throughout the afternoon along with giveaways, raffles and plenty of photo opportunities, all created as a simple thank you to the community.

The event carried the same sense of energy and gratitude that has defined the club’s first year under owner Jack Suleiman, who started with a straightforward vision.

“When I took over Mallory Hill Country Club, I saw a beautiful property with incredible potential,” he says. “The inspiration behind the remodel was simple; I wanted to give the community a space that felt fresh, modern and welcoming while still honoring the charm The Villages is known for.”

He hoped guests would feel proud to bring family and friends at a place that feels elevated yet relaxed.

The response over the past year has confirmed that the direction was right. “The support has been overwhelming in the best way,” Jack says. “Watching Mallory grow into a go-to spot again has been incredibly rewarding.”

Marketing director Chiara Zittel helped shape the reopening with golden tickets tucked into menus, raffles, seasonal specials and community-driven touches. She enjoys her role because she talks with guests every day and that many regulars return because they notice Jack’s presence.

“Jack is a hands-on owner,” she says. “He remembers names, he talks to guests and he works right alongside the staff. People love that.”

General manager Joe Lemay focuses on hospitality and consistency, keeping the dining room warm and comfortable as the facelift unfolded.

“My focus is always the guest experience,” he says. “Even while the facelift came together behind the scenes, we wanted every visit to feel warm and welcoming.”

HR director Sabrina Goodman says the staff embraced the company’s expectations from the start.

“We look for positive people who enjoy the pace of The Villages and I’m really proud of the team as they molded quickly to the high standard across all RGM restaurants,” she says.

The menu reflects Mallory Hill’s updated identity and Jack worked closely with Chef Clifton Mundy to blend familiar dishes with elevated items, including some new options of Oysters Rockefeller and baked brie.

“We wanted dishes that feel special,” Jack says. “Everything needed to be flavorful and something you cannot wait to come back for.”

Jack sees the club continuing to grow.

“We plan to expand our events, enhance our menu and keep investing in the guest experience,” he says. “Most of all, we want to stay connected with the community and create a place everyone is proud to call their home club.”
