For Paul Young, success today is tied closely to a past that runs deep.

His family history in America stretches back generations to the very beginning, with roots tracing to the first settlers and moments that helped shape the country. From ancestors arriving on the Mayflower and a great grandfather participating in the Boston Tea Party to a long line of military service, that legacy is something he carries with pride.

“We’ve been part of every major war going back to the American Revolution,” Paul says.

That sense of showing up when it matters has stayed with him, both personally and professionally. A Marine Corps veteran, Paul now leads Young Real Estate, a growing brokerage serving much of Florida, along with Young Real Estate School, which focuses on helping agents build sustainable careers.

After seeing how many agents struggle early on, he began developing training designed to bridge the gap between getting licensed and actually succeeding in the field. His goal is to give people the tools to stay in the business and thrive.

Whether it’s guiding clients, training new agents or building something long-term, Paul approaches it with that same mindset: be prepared, step in and do the work.
