Nan Robinson Makes Real Estate a Fun, Stress-Free Adventure with her Compassionate Approach

One thing is certain. If Nan Robinson is helping you buy or sell a home, you’re in good hands–and you’re going to end up laughing at some point. If anyone can make real estate a fun adventure, Nan can.
A founding Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Lifestyle Realty, Nan focuses on The Villages and surrounding areas. Her outgoing personality, compassion and life experience make her perfectly suited for her second career in real estate.
An Arkansas native, Nan moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma, at age 20 and began working in the medical field. She put in 40 years as a hospital administrator and was managing 17 clinics when she retired in 2005.
Nan’s sister lived in The Villages and when Nan came to help her after a hospital stay in 2017, she fell in love with the area. She and her husband Everett were driving back to Oklahoma, and by the time they hit the Florida-Georgia line, he said, “Let’s move here!”
Barely a year later, they settled into their home in the Village of La Reynalda in the Spanish Springs area of The Villages.
“I had taken my real estate course back in Oklahoma because I always thought I would love it. I wasn’t wrong. I should have been doing this my whole life,” says Nan. “I love the look on someone’s face when they walk into a house and realize it’s their house. That’s why I do this.”
Thanks to being one of their top producers she’s now a junior partner for the Coldwell Banker Vanguard Lifestyle office in The Villages.
With her designations SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and MRP (Military Relocation Professional), certified with the National Association of REALTORS®, she’s well-equipped to help seniors and veterans achieve home ownership.
Nan is known for her honesty and work ethic, but she loves to make people laugh, so expect to enjoy yourself if you’re looking at homes with her.
“I treat you like a friend, not a client. I will do for you what I’d do for my best friend,” she says.
Nan has a Yesteryear golf cart she named “Betsy,” but in 2023, she finally got her dream car, a hard-top convertible Miata she christened “Dolly.” Although most of her business is in The Villages, she loves to drive and works anywhere in the state.
