Secret Polish Deli Serves Up Sausage and Old-World Flavor in Leesburg

One of the most uniqe storefronts you are going to find in Lake County is located at 1322 W North Blvd. Behind an unassuming facade in Leesburg, lies a culinary secret that’s delighting food lovers and nostalgic hearts. A Polish delicatessen so authentic, it might just transport you straight to Kraków.
Owned and operated by Andrzej and Dzilda, this hidden deli has become a local legend almost entirely through word of mouth. No flashing signs. No digital marketing blitz. Just hand-crafted sausages, family recipes, and flavors that speak louder than any ad campaign could.

“This place,” said one regular, “is like a warm hug from Poland.”
The deli’s real star? Kielbasa, in more varieties than most Americans knew existed. From the house kielbasa to the double-smoked “Wedding” kielbasa, and the fiery hot hot grill kielbasa, each sausage is crafted with care, smoked with tradition, and seasoned with just the right touch of nostalgia. These come and go as supply demands it but no matter what you choose to get from Polish Deli you will leave wanting to come back for more.

And if you’re lucky, you might just snag their homemade fresh (unsmoked) kielbasa, best simmered in a jar of their house sauerkraut a pro tip from devoted customers who swear by it.
But it’s not just about sausage and meats. The deli also stocks a carefully curated selection of Polish staples, dozens of pierogies, imported canned goods, and heavenly pączki (Polish donuts) in flavors like raspberry, prune, rosehip, and Boston cream.

This is old-world flavor you can’t fake. If you are a fan of the old country or food that will remind you of the stuff your grandparents cooked perhaps growing up, this is the place for you.
For Andrzej and Dzilda, the deli is more than a business. It’s a tribute to tradition. Many of their recipes come from their families back home, and each batch of kielbasa or pierogi is made with the kind of attention only true artisans can provide. This is true food art at it’s finest.
