The Lake County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller has announced the return of Operation Green Light, a driver license reinstatement event scheduled to take place from April 8 to April 12. This annual event offers an opportunity for individuals with suspended driver licenses to regain their driving privileges while saving money on select overdue court obligations.

Operation Green Light will run daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., providing time for participants to address their outstanding court obligations and take advantage of the reinstatement process. By paying their obligations in full or enrolling in a manageable monthly payment plan during the event, attendees can reinstate their driver licenses while enjoying significant cost savings.

For individuals uncertain about the current status of their driver licenses, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles’ website offers a convenient tool to check their standing.
