The Villages, FL – The Villages Charter High School baseball team showcased their dominance during spring break, traveling to Chattanooga, Tennessee, and returning as tournament champions with a perfect 5-0 record.

(Senior Dominic Pittman has thrown 13 innings with 22 strikeouts and 1 earned run during that time.)
Several players delivered standout performances at the plate. Torin Foley went 9-for-17 with two home runs, while Hunter Anderson hit 7-for-15. Lincoln Gagne posted a strong 7-for-13 performance, and Marcello Cortale shined with a 9-for-15 showing, also blasting two home runs.
On the mound, freshman Samuel Craig delivered a stellar performance in the championship game, throwing a complete game over seven innings. He allowed just five hits and two runs while striking out four batters, proving his potential as a key player for the program’s future.
