LEESBURG, Fla. — Triangle Wrestling Club, one of Florida’s fastest-growing youth sports programs, invites young athletes to join the challenging and rewarding world of wrestling. Based at VineLife Church in Leesburg, the club is open to kids ages 8 to 18, aiming to shape future champions while focusing on personal growth and character building.

Held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 5:45 to 7:45 p.m., Triangle Wrestling provides elite-level coaching in a year-round program designed for all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes preparing for high school and beyond. The club’s mission revolves around youth wrestling, high school feeder programs, and off-season conditioning, emphasizing that wrestling is more than a sport — it’s a discipline that builds resilience, agility, and strength.

“Wrestling is a sport that changes lives,” says Allison Braton. She also quoted Dan Gable who is a 2-time NCAA National Champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, “Once you’ve wrestled, everything else in life is easy.”

Triangle Wrestling has produced a strong lineup of alumni who became Florida State Champions, including five-time champion Joey Silva, three-time champion Taylor Jackson, along with Colton Jackson and Bryce Rodgers, both of whom are standouts in the state wrestling scene.

Aspiring wrestlers and parents interested in more information can contact Triangle Wrestling at (352) 454-3727.
