Nate Rembert who is from Eustis, Florida and played his football at Wildwood Middle High School has committed to Jackson State University. Nate Rembert is transferring from Mississippi Valley State university where he put together a nice sophomore season. Rembert had 70 receptions for 1,039 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also averaged 14.8 yards per catch.

Rembert is remembered for his tough and physical play at Wildwood Middle High School. During his senior year in 2020, Rembert had 4 touchdowns and 489 yards. He and his team helped Wildwood make the FHSAA State 1A Football Regional Finals.

This is an exciting time for Rembert. This year he was added as a 1st Team All-SWAC selection to their elite wide receiver room. You tend to do that when you have 70 receptions and over 1,000 yards for the year. Talk about starting this year off with some fireworks for former Wildwood players, Vincent Brown Jr. and Vernell Brown III committed to University of Florida while Zechariah Poyser committed to the University of Miami just to name a few.

Rembert is an athlete and he will very much be helpful for Jackson State University. The Tigers play in the FCS in the SWAC. School’s include Florida A&M, Alabama State, Bethune-Cookman to name a few.

We are very excited for Nate Rembert and wish him nothing but success with this new team! Congratulations!
