Occupation: Executive Administrative Assistant to the Clerk and Teen Court Coordinator at the Sumter County Clerk Office.
Volunteer work/groups I am involved in: I am the president of the Sumter County fair board, I am the leader of the All N One 4-H club, board member of the Sumter County Chamber of Commerce, and former president of the Wildwood Rotary Club, Wildwood FFA alumni, and Wildwood Athletic Club.
I am most passionate about: Youth and community.
How I got involved: My dad was a fair board director and helping others just comes naturally. I love doing it.
My motivation comes from: Watching the youth succeed because I know they are the future leaders of our community.
My greatest accomplishment: To see and help a kid who has been arrested and headed down the wrong path turn their life around, realize how important they are, and become successful.
I am best known as: A leader, dependable, and a go-getter.
Best advice I’ve been given: Think before you speak.
My best advice for others: Never feel like you are better than anyone else.
Advice I’d give my younger self: Listen more.
Hidden talent: Knowing what to say and when to say it.
On my bucket list: To travel the world.
Desired superpower: To know when someone needs someone, so nobody would ever have to feel like they are alone.
Guilty pleasure: Shopping for shoes and purses.
