Visiting Nurse Association of Florida

Erika Cruciger is a registered nurse with over 10 years’ experience, specializing in cardiac care.  She is currently the Director of Marketing for the Visiting Nurse Association of Florida (VNA) a family-owned, non-profit home health care agency.

Now led by C.E.O. Jennifer Crow, VNA was originally started by Jennifer’s grandmother 45 years ago and later managed by her father. Erika oversees business development in Lake, Sumter, Marion, and Citrus counties.  

VNA has a proven track record of providing exceptional skilled and non-skilled healthcare to its clients and Erika has a strong passion for patient care and advocacy.  She prides herself in bridging the gap in health care from acute care to the home setting.  

VNA’s clinicians range from registered and licensed nurses to physical, occupational and speech therapists as well as medical social workers and home health aides. VNA also provides post-surgical and rehab care, chronic disease management, and wound care. They also work with many insurances, private pay, and long-term care benefits.  

Surveys show that patients have better outcomes while healing in the comfort of their own home and Erika believes in a patient centered plan of care specific to your individual in-home needs and goals.
