Jessica Merchant, with extensive experience in the industry as a cosmetologist for 25 years, owns Pay-Per-Klip Salon & Spa in Eustis. Despite opening on March 27, 2020 and closing the same day amid the COVID-19 pandemic shut downs, Pay-Per-Klip quickly grew. 

By years’ end, it had expanded to accommodate a team of talented stylists and therapists ready and eager to get back to work and clients ready to be worked on.

Specializing in color services and trendy haircuts/styles, the salon offers a full range of spa treatments, including killer massages, facials, waxing and more. With a commitment to quality and a tight-knit team, Pay-Per-Klip provides a welcoming and drama-free environment for clients to indulge in self-care.

Jessica emphasizes the importance of matching clients with the stylist best suited to their needs, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction. The salon’s dedication to excellence and personalized care, along with her generous spirit when it comes to donations and sponsorships for schools, sports teams and local nonprofit organizations, has garnered a loyal clientele and positive community support.
