With more than 25 years in the construction industry, Laiany—often referred to as “the backbone of the company” by her colleagues—brings extensive experience across a wide range of projects, from shopping centers and office buildings to hospitals and residential developments. She helps keep operations on track, relying on strong organization, multitasking and attention to detail.

Delena manages the financial side, tracking costs and overseeing billings to help projects stay on schedule and within budget. Stephanie leads marketing, promoting projects, managing outreach and building relationships that continue to grow the company’s presence.

Together, their work keeps projects moving forward with consistency and care.
