Clermont Pediatric Dentistry Celebrates 20 Years of Bright Smiles and Community Care

Clermont Pediatric Dentistry marked a major milestone this week, celebrating 20 years of dedicated service to children and families across Central Florida. The practice commemorated the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony hosted by the South Lake Chamber of Commerce.

Founded in 2005, the pediatric dental practice has become a cornerstone of the community, known not only for its expert care but also for its warm, safari-themed office that turns routine checkups into fun adventures for children.

(The dentistry is entirely kid themed.)

“From day one, our goal has been to create an environment where kids feel safe, parents feel confident, and healthy smiles flourish,” the business said in a release. “Celebrating 20 years is a humbling reminder of the trust families have placed in us.”

Dr. Julie Russo, a Coral Springs native, earned her bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Auburn University before receiving her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. Her passion for working with children led her to pursue two additional years of specialized training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She was honored with the Excellence in Pediatric Dentistry Award during dental school and later received the prestigious Richard C. Pugh Achievement Award for scoring in the top 3% nationally on the pediatric dentistry board examination.

(Dr. Alexandra Jensen holds the plaque signaling 20 years of business.)

Alongside Dr. Russo, Clermont Pediatric Dentistry is home to Dr. Alexandra Jensen and Dr. Mimi Nguyen, both of whom have also completed advanced training in pediatric dentistry. Together, the trio leads a compassionate team dedicated to providing top-tier dental care to children from all over Central Florida.

Congratulations to this amazing practice who have impacted so many young people’s lives and have helped to keep their happy little smiles looking as good as ever!
