Costco in Clermont Opening Tuesday, November 14th
The opening date of Costco in Clermont has been announced. Tuesday, November 14th will be a big day as Costco will have a grand opening. The new store is a welcomed edition to this booming area of the state. Clermont continues explosive development. Costco offers bulk items much like a BJs or Sams Club but offers competitive pricing. They also have a massive fan following across the United States.
(Costco is beginning to take shape! Crews will be working hard over the next 3 months to finish up the building for the holiday season. It is very important to get it finished before Thanksgiving and Christmas come around.)
This location will have a Tire Service Center, Hearing Aid Center, Optical Department, Pharmacy, Gas Station, Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and more! The new location will bring plenty of jobs to the area. One of the great advantages of having a store like Costco is the massive amount of human power it takes to keep an operation like this up and running.
There is currently a special offer going on. When you join and enroll in auto renewal of your annual membership you get a $30 Digital Costco Shopping Card. Costco has over 119 million members. That is 1/3 of the entire population of the United States who are members of Costco. Why is this such a big deal for this area?
(The Costco Gas Station is coming along nicely. Many times gas stations open before the actual building. That was the case for BJs in Lady Lake. We are unsure if the gas station will open before or on November, 14th. We will update as we know.)
For one inflation is out of control in the country right now. Prices have sky rocketed. Costco offers some of the best prices in any market. They beat almost all other places. When it comes down to it, Costco has been helping millions of Americans stay afloat in these trying times. No matter what it is Costco usually has it. Laundry, food, bathroom supplies, glasses, hearing aid, pharmacy, gas, electronics. Basically Costco really is a one stop shop.
People like that model. They enjoy not having to go from store to store to find what they are looking for. In an era where big box stores are shutting down left and right, Costco and other brands similar to the Costco model are doing just fine. This is the perfect location for Costco as well. The nearest current Costco stores are near Millenia Mall in Orlando and the one on Water Bridge Boulevard in Orlando not too far from Orlando International Airport.
(The parking lot will be absolutely massive. Costco parking lots usually are. This is a high volume store and paving will begin in the next few weeks and months to follow.)
This new location will actually bring people in from Groveland, Minneola, The Villages, Winter Garden, Howey-In-The-Hills, Windermere and all over Lake County. The location is listed as 4600 Collina Terrace Clermont, FL 34711.

Kyle Coppola was born in Newton, Massachusetts and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications from Curry College in 2016. After traveling to Florida on a family vacation, he decided he could not get enough of the warm weather and made the move from snowy Massachusetts to central Florida 8 years ago.
For the last decade Kyle has gained valuable experience in social media content creation, marketing and sales, writing, video production, sports announcing and even broadcasting for local radio stations, such as FM 102.9 in The Villages and FM 91.5 in Massachusetts. Every year he volunteers at The Villages Charter High School as a play-by-play sports announcer for the football games as well as a public address announcer for the basketball games, including the annual Battle at The Villages Tournament.
Outside the office Kyle is a husband and father to two beautiful girls along with their cat. In his spare time he likes to spend time with his family, travel, play golf and swim. He is also a huge sports junkie and even bigger motorsports fan and loves to attend racing events when he can.
