DOH reports first two deaths from coronavirus in Lake County
The first two deaths in Lake County from COVID-19 were reported Thursday, April 2, by the state Department of Health’s office in Lake. No information about the victims was provided.
As of 11am Thursday, Lake County had 76 cases of the coronavirus, according to a news release. Thirteen of these people are hospitalized.
Positive cases and fatalities are reported by the DOH twice a day, around 11am and 6pm, at floridahealthcovid19.gov. Follow Twitter for updates at @FLHealthLake or call the COVID-19 information line at 352.742.4830 from 8am-5pm seven days a week with questions or concerns.
