Mount Dora pool employees test positive for COVID-19

Two employees at the Mount Dora public pool have tested positive for COVID-19, according to the city of Mount Dora. The pool has been closed and will not reopen until the risk to public safety has been eliminated and staffing ratios can return to normal. If you have been in contact with any staff members from the pool, please self-quarantine and self-monitor for any symptoms. If you have any questions, please contact Leisure Services at parksandrec@cityofmountdora.com

The city apologizes for any inconveniences this may cause and has made notifications to any citizens who have been in contact with the infected individuals. 

This notice has also been placed at the pool, on Mount Dora social media pages and online. There will be no other information released about these employees.
